The Senior Footballers open their 2008 SFC campaign with an emphatic victory over Walterstown. Unfortunately the Junior Footballers couldn't repeat this and were defeated by Drumbaragh while the U16 Hurlers continued their recent good form when overcoming Clan na nGael.

The U21 Hurlers will take on old foes Kilmessan on Sunday the 30th March next after they overcame their neighbours Blackhall Gaels last Sunday in the semi final.

Senior Hurlers made it two wins from two when they defeated Killyon in Dunganny on Thursday evening last.

The U21 Hurlers overcame Kiltale in the U21 HC on the 2nd March last to book their place in the next round.

The Senior Hurlers made a winning start to the Div. 1 HL by defeating Rathmolyon now coached by former coach John Gorry on the 24th February while the 3rd team also made a winning start in the Div. 3 HL defeating Clann na nGael. Unfortunately it wasn't to be a clean sweep as the 2nd team were defeated by Kilmessan on the 23rd Feb in the Div. 2 HL.

The Senior Footballers have made it two wins from two with AL Div. 1 victories over Dunderry and Simonstown while the Senior Camogiers have had victories over Killyon and Blackhall Gaels in the Senior Camogie League.

The Clubs Minor Hurlers and U21 Camogiers overcame Kiltale on the 25th November last to win their respective Championships.

The U13 Footballers from the Club will represent Meath at the National Finals in Cavan next July after defeating Ratoath in the Meath U13 Football Feile Final on the 10th November last.

U10's Win Championship
Congratulations to the U10's in retaining the McDermott Cup on the 19th November last in atrocious conditions

In their first year back playing adult camogie the Dunboyne Junior Camogiers beat their Donaghmore /Ashbourne neighbours in the final of the 2005 Championship in Ratoath on the 24th September and in doing so will will now play Senior next year.
Commiserations to our U14 Camogiers who were beaten by Ratoath in their Championship Final on the same day in Ratoath.

Nursery's
The Hurling and Camogie Nursery will take place on Saturdays between 2:00pm and 3:00pm while the Football Nursery takes place on Sundays between 10:00am and 11:00am. All boys and girls aged between 5 and 10 years of age are welcome to come along and join in the fun.

Bingo & Cards
There is Bingo in the Clubhouse every Friday night which gets underway at 8:30pm and 25 Cards this week will take place on Friday the 30th reverting to Thursdays on the 6th December.
Mayor of Dunboyne
Starting early in 2008, the question on everyone’s lips will be finally answered – who is the true Mayor of Dunboyne. This exciting new scheme will be launched at this year’s Talent of Dunboyne/Dunboyne 2007 in Review which is taking place in the Clubhouse on the 22nd December. Further Details to follow.
